I have been hiking up this trail for a few years. It is a good workout with plenty of interesting little trails into the rocks. Straight up and back takes me anywhere from 80-120 minutes, depending on how motivated I am. 95% of the trail is paved.
This is a great cardio workout trail. You can do this in 45 min one way and really feel the workout. Some great views at the top at any hour!
