Had a great trip on this trail. It is 5 miles down hill. Trail was well marked and well maintained to Jordan Hot Springs. I went there in 1981 and at that time there were rock tubs for soaking in the hot springs. But fire and time has returned it to a more natural state. Did some fly fishing but had little luck though I saw several good size golden trout. We continued from Jordan Hot Springs to Indian Head Rock. The trail between the two camps was not maintained well and was a difficult climb yet we were rewarded with spectacular views. Our 3rd day brought us back to the trail head going back thru Casa Vieja Meadows. Highly recommend for a easy 3 day hike that offers spectacular vistas, good rock climbing, and beautiful meadows
