Hiking Yosemite National Park

Great hike for late September/Early October. There's still water in the Tuolomne River, so you'll see the waterfalls. However, there are very few people on the trail and no pack mules in the camp.
This trail has spectacular views and is pretty easy. Do keep a watch out for the stone markers as you cross open rock faces. It's easy to miss the trail.
At the end of the trail, you'll cross two bridges to get to the camp area. Walk through the pack train camp to get to the backpacking camp. There's a nice composting toilet on your right. Go past that, and then the trail forks to three campsites. For the best one, go left at the first fork, and then take the trail to your left.
