When I first started this trail I had those pre big hike jitters but when I started to hike I was amazed by the captivating scenery and the wildlife I saw. The hike was a moderate hike, it was a little harder than usual due to the snow but it was perfect in order to show the true beauty of the wilderness. When we reached the saddle I took lunch and then headed up to the peak, I stopped at the peak and relaxed for the night, then I went back down and around the moutain and then connected to the Maztazal divide trail. The whole trip was breath taking and after all the trips I have been on, that trail and that week will never be forgotten.
