This place is great for kids! It's not so much a trail; just a place to explore all around the area. My 20 month old son gets tired of always riding in the backpack, so he loved it when we let him down to run around. There are arches, stone tunnels, sand pits, and it's all within a quarter mile of the parking lot, which has a pit toilet and picnic tables.
