Nice hike. Recommend a 4x4 to get to the trail head but saw a few cars scraping their way to it. This hike has a 400' elevation gain. When you run out of trail, look up and the Devil's Bridge will be above you.
Best place for pictures of it is when you're coming back, look for a small unmarked trail on the right that goes down a gentle slope. Go down it 30 yards and look back and you'll have a good shot of it with a camera.
This was simply a great hike! But beware, it is quite easy to get lost as the trail is poorly marked at some places. Make sure to always follow these little 'rock towers' that other hikers built for easier orientation.
We liked: the spectacular view from the Devil's Bridge.
We disliked: the amount of hikers we met on this trail. It felt overcrowded.
This was a quick hike with some great views. The trail is moderate to easy with stone steps carved into some of the trail. The view from the arch is worth the time
This is a hike I have done several times. Great hike to take friends from out of town on. It is fairly mild. Once you get under the bridge you may not know it unless you lookup. But the best is climb up onto the bridge. You can climb the rocks right before the trail gets underneath the bridge. The view is unbelivable.
