Sheep Creek Falls is a magnificent, fullbodied waterfall surrounded by mountain peaks. Although it is only 0.3 miles to the falls, it is not an easy hike. It is a scramble up canyon and over timber along Sheep Creek. There is not a defined trail, and it is not recommended for youngsters. The hike climbs through a burn area from the 1988 Yellowstone fires.
