What do you get when you take the feisty Westfield River and squeeze it through the upright walls of a narrow rocky canyon? You have to see for yourself. Chesterfield Gorge is more of a destination than a hike. You’re not going to break a sweat walking the path atop the cliffs. On the other hand, if you don’t stop by to explore the canyon, and marvel at the churning whitewater below, you’ll miss something very special indeed.
