This hike takes you up one of the lowest peaks in Acadia, yet it features one of the best panoramas, overlooking Somes Sound, Fernald Cove, and the Cranberry Isles. There are views of Acadia and Norumbega Mountains, and perhaps even of peregrine falcons in flight over nearby Valley Cove.
