This trail takes you over the higher of the two distinctive little mountains known as the Bubbles and a less traveled peak called Conners Nubble, providing views of Jordan Pond and Eagle Lake along the way. While both the North Bubble and South Bubble are easy to access from the Bubble Rock parking area, more people head to the South Bubble for the chance to see the precariously perched Bubble Rock up close. That leaves the North Bubble Trail relatively less traveled, especially the most northerly stretches. The trail heads north from the Bubble Rock Trail and immediately takes you up pink granite steps tucked into an otherwise impassable sheer rock face.
