Great views, pet friendly, a lot of bike paths and hidden trails with some interesting bridges etc. Friendly atmosphere and swimming/picnics in summertime with some planned campfires and sugaring and movie nights for kids. Guided trails as well for certain dates and times -- also some for parents with strollers/babies.
