We hiked a similar route as outline by NJHiking.com (http://www.njhiking.com/best-hikes-in-nj-jenny-jump-ghost-lake.php), which took the Summit Trail to the Ghost Lake Trail to is terminus at the lake, and back. It made for a rather difficult hike, but the flora and fauna along the trails were worth it. The vistas are pretty- with views of the Delaware Water Gap and wonderful NJ farmland- but there are definitely better in NJ. Do this hike for the unique forest and interesting finds along the way rather than the views and I promise you won't be disappointed.
This is a small moderate trail - specifically the Summit Trail (yellow). Not amongst my favorites in NJ. The Ghost Lake trail (blue) was poorly blazed and found myself spending more time looking for blazes - eventually had to double back.
However - driving to Ghost Lake, this will be a nice area to explore on a future trip.
Also - the Blue Dot Jenny Jump trail was also poorly blazed. However did run into a black bear, which was cool.
