The riverfront sites at Peterson Bridge South are this wooded campground’s hidden gems. Peterson Bridge is a popular put-in for groups of paddlers. The put-in is directly across from the campground. The campground itself is a bit of a surprise. Drive through and you will only count 20 sites. Because this is a National Forest campground, the road is paved. There is a brightly lit bathroom in the center of the campground with drinking fountains, sinks, and flush toilets.
