Best Tent Camping: Wisconsin

I haven't been to alot of campsites recently, but in my small amount of experience, I think that this site is wonderful in comparison. It's easy to get to, very near a major highway, but far enough in that you don't even hear any traffic. The sites are HUGE. They are set up so no one is behind you or even close. They've said they haven't been full yet, so a spontanious trip is ok. Also, very easy access to the St Croix River, from the attached wayside rest. VERY NICE! Sites are all clean, grassy, with picnic table and fire ring. The camp hosts and Ranger were friendly and knowledgeable and made my 2 girls and I feel very safe! Also, check out Wild River Outfitters to get a canoe and some great advice!
