The Eastman Nature Trail hike is the shorter of two hikes in this book (see Elm Creek Park Reserve, page 179) that are located in the area’s largest metro park. This interpretive trail is a good primer on the diversity of the area’s ecosystem and definitely complements the other, longer hike, should you want to combine the two for a day’s worth of hiking.
