At 3,700-acres, Little Bennett Regional Park is the largest in Montgomery County and offers more than 21 miles of natural-surface trails, along with hiking, camping, golfing, and equestrian opportunities. The terrain ranges from easy wooded sections to steep hills to open meadows, with an abundance of native plants. Park at the Kingsley parking area, and begin your hike on the Hard Cider Trail. The trailhead is on the left. The beginning tends to be muddy, so be prepared and careful as you begin your walk. The trail is accessible to horses, so you are also likely to encounter manure along the way.
