The 3.6-mile trail loops around the 90-acre Clopper Lake at Seneca Creek State Park. The trail is well-maintained and offers one of the most scenic hikes in the area, with panoramic views of the lake all along the trail. It’s a perfect outing for families. More than 50 miles of trails are open for hiking, horseback riding, and bicycling in Seneca Creek State Park. The park also offers boat rentals, fishing, canoeing and kayaking, hunting, picnicking, playgrounds, a 27-hole disc golf course, and cross-country skiing. A tire playground is a local favorite for kids of all ages. Hunting is allowed in designated areas.
