With more than 690 acres located in southern Prince George’s County, Cosca Regional Park features recreational areas and a nature center that offers a variety of interpretive programs hosted by park naturalists. Families can enjoy an easy stroll around the lake with a stop for a picnic and time to play on the playground, while more adventurous hikers may access the 3.7-mile green trail west of the lake. This hike consists of an easy 1.2-mile loop around the lake. Beginning at the nature center parking lot, look for the trailhead with signs for the blue, green, orange, and red trails.
