This hike takes you across the low ridges bordering Green River Lake, stopping first on a bluff overlooking the lake and later at a shoreline point with a view of the dam. This hike loops through the 1,331-acre park developed by the state in the early 1970s on the west side of the lake at one of its widest sections. The park terrain is not spectacular, but this is an enjoyable walk through a good mix of easily maneuvered ridgetops and bottomlands, including visits to two attractive lakeside spots.
