Another awesome camping trip at this clean campground
Very nice campground. Campsite 35 was ranked the best on the trail guide and it most definitely is. Secluded and sits back away from the other sites surrounded by cedars. It is the closest site to the lake with a nice trail running to it. This is a perfect campground for kayaking or conoeing as you can easily explore the many inlets for hours. Hiking along the peninsula will take you on a full loop but if you're really up for a hike in the woods, Piney Creek Forest is a short drive away near Shell Knob with many scenic surprises.
