This hike starts on a “bench” of the Cumberland Plateau and winds its way across limestone outcrops to visit a small cove and a huge cave entrance. This trail also has a nice overlook of the cove. And the cave entrance at Buggytop is beautiful, although the cave itself is closed for about 8 months out of the year due to the white-nose syndrome among bats, and it should not be entered during that time frame. Please check at the Park Headquarters for more info.
