This beautiful but small area is one of Tennessee’s newest state natural areas. The centerpiece is a small and delicate waterfall that comes out of a cave and then disappears again. This waterfall is located on the side of a large collapsed structure, called a“sink,” and opposite the sink is the large entrance to Lost Creek Cave. Another short trail to Rylander Cascades starts just down the road and is also described here.
