The park has 22 miles of hiking-only trails and 13 miles of “MUTs”—not dogs, but “multiuse trails” for horseback riding, mountain biking, and foot traffic (labeled “MUT” on the map). Three lakes allow fishing; rowboats and canoes are available in Big Lake, the park’s largest at 55 acres (no private boats allowed). Public swimming is permitted only in one lake for renters of the park’s extensive cabin camps, which are available for youth groups and nonprofits. The park also has a tent campground with showers, open March 15 to December 1, and a twenty- five- person, 1930s accommodation called Maple Hill Lodge. Two primitive group camping areas are open year-round. No backpack camping is permitted.

4/18/09 - Cole Mill Trail; 4/20/09 - Sal's and Pott's. Pott's is short but very scenic. Highly recommend it.
