This is a spectacular park nestled in the middle of Burnaby (Vancouver) BC. It has a great set of trails that wind around Deer Lake in the middle of the park. Most of the trails are gravel, a few paved places, and a fair bit on raised wooden walkways (over the swampy areas). If you take the outer loop trail, it's just over 3 miles; but winding through some of the inner loops you could easily get over 5 miles. Note that the trails in the southeast corner have a fair bit of up-hill. Also in the southwest corner is a neat cultural area with some historic buildings, a museum, and more.
