this trail is not for the young what so ever--ive been in alaksa for 40 plus years and ive been to alot of the bush areas and towns in alaska--as for me being in alaska--i was born on a military transport c130 herk from tacoma washington to alaska-----to beging with --i love the trails here --they r so inviting and flourish with good backcountry food--and all natural--natures ways of living off the landthe silence in the woods is very astounding and you can just hear everything around you and that makes for a more relaxing subtle moment with camera and wildlife ---i love feeding the wild game that comes up to you like there is no fear in the world--ive fed moose and small calfs--(which i dont recomend to first timers ) unless u have experience with them --they can kill you in seconds and stomp you dead --the birds and habitat here is abundant -hard to find a place that you dont want to camp at----but warn you now--bring a jungle hammock and stay off the ground---too many bug bites--i particularly care the winter times and hiking here because there is time to build snowcaves and the food is so good cooed in the open air --this trail is the best times in alaska ive ever been on--i look forward to giving you more updates as the years go on ---thanxs
