The Ochocos are a relatively small mountain range in Central Oregon that often get overshadowed by the more grand Cascades range to the west. Not to be overlooked, the area is ?lled with highlights, including an array of gorgeous wild?owers during summer and some interesting man-made history—including a former lookout, an abandoned mine shaft, and a rustic ski shelter to warm winter-sports enthusiasts during the colder months.
