Simply put, the Craftsman’s Trail is one of the most picturesque hikes in the area. On your way to the stable-turned-workshop and craft center, you hike rolling hills lined with mature trees, cross pristine streams on period stone bridges, and stop and check out the original eighteenth-century stone dwellings, barns, and outbuildings, one with a date stone etched with 1775. And once you get to the Craftsmen’s Center, you can stop for a tour or walk through the outdoor works that are on display in the side yard.
