MainStrasse, also known as Mainstrasse Village, or by locals as “The Village,” is a tight-knit community of businesses and residents, with plenty of restaurants, bars, parks, shopping, and entertainment to spend a full day exploring. Most of the homes were built by 1880 and feature architectural styles ranging from Greek Revival to Queen Anne. A national historic district, MainStrasse was modeled after German Village in Columbus, Ohio, and has several unique German Village landmarks nestled among the parks and promenades.
