It ranks 9th in the city overall. In the heart of it all is Oakley’s historic commercial district, Oakley Square. It is filled with one of the most diverse and lively collections of locally owned businesses in the city and extends about one-half mile farther east along Madison Road. North and south of the business district is a mix of homes and apartments where close to 11,000 people live.
