This connecting trail runs between Bear Creek Trail and Huckleberry Mountain Trail. (Trail 1665) The upper part of Goat Creek Trail is very scenic. This route allows access to the top of Huckleberry Mountain a little earlier in the season than does the normal route from the north side.
