Located along the Cottonwood River, this park offers several recreational opportunities, including access to the river for boating and fishing and about 2.5 miles of paved trails that wind along the river, through Springfield’s parks, and into a fairly new disc golf course. Not far from the park is a go- kart track. Campsites are to one side of the park near the river and are surrounded by trees, making the campground feel private. Pets are allowed.
