This is a spacious, heavily wooded county park and is a good spot for a relaxing break. Trails include a wooden footbridge over a neighboring creek, where plenty of wildlife can be found. The park is about 20 minutes from Cottonwood Country Club, which has a 9-hole golf course. Lac qui Parle State Park is nearby as well. Sites are reasonably well spaced, and most have trees. Pets are allowed.
