This park is on Okabena Lake, which offers good walleye, crappie, and bluegill fishing. There are plenty of other recreational opportunities as well, including biking, hiking, and disc golf. There’s a specially designated wildflower area that’s lovely in spring and summer, and there’s also a dog park on- site. The campground is along Lake Okabena and Sunset Bay. Campsites may feel a little crowded, especially the ones on the interior loops. Pets are allowed.
