This park is along the Chippewa River, near the Swift Falls Dam. The river is a good source of northern pike and walleye. Hiking trails wind through the nearby woods and along the river, complete with charming wooden footbridges. It’s not unusual to see bald eagles looking to catch a fish in the river. Campsites are reasonably private. Pets are allowed.
