This attractive county park provides access to Lake Koronis, which is popular for waterskiing. It’s also well stocked with walleye, northern pike, crappie, and bass. A paved trail leads from the campground to the beach.
Along the shore is a climbable observation tower, and a paved bike trail is nearby, as are a number of other amenities, including a golf course, mini golf, and antiques stores. The campground itself benefits from the heavy presence of trees, which gives the sites more privacy than they would have otherwise and keeps things shaded. Pets are allowed.
