Located along the Sauk River, this campground offers fishing and boating access, and it’s also close to several other fishing lakes with good walleye and northern pike populations. There’s also easy access to the Lake Wobegone Regional Trail, a paved 46-mile hiking and biking trail that runs from St. Joseph to Osakis. The sites are along the river and fairly close together, but most campers will be gone during the day, pursuing recreation. Pets are allowed.
