This campground is between Kimball and Mink Lakes, both known for their trout populations. There’s an unmaintained hiking trail that goes around Kimball Lake that’s often used by anglers looking for new fishing spots. The lakes are also good for canoeing and kayaking. Kimball Lake has a nice sandy swimming beach too. There’s a sizable number of deciduous trees in the area, making this an especially attractive camping spot in the fall. The sites are heavily wooded and private. Pets are allowed.
