These primitive, hike-in campsites are spread out along several small lakes in Chippewa National Forest. The forest is dense through here and especially attractive in the fall as the colors change. Note that not all campsites have latrines or fire rings. There is no drinking water, so you’ll need to plan accordingly, and all sites are haul- out sites. Call the forest service for specific directions (and information on which sites are best). Pets are allowed.
