This campground is on the Little Cut Foot Sioux River, known for good walleye, northern pike, and bass fishing. There is no boat ramp here, but carry- in access is available. The lake also provides access to Lake Winnie, a much larger lake well known for its fishing. The campground is also close to the Cut Foot Sioux National Recreation Trail and the Simpson Creek Trail, both excellent hiking trails. Campsites are well spaced and heavily wooded, allowing for plenty of privacy. Pets are allowed.
