This trip takes you down a lovely stretch of river filled with lots of privacy and past farm fields and the historic Great Barrington Fairgrounds. The river floats through the remains of the debris field left by the 1995 tornado, including the incredible wind-scraped scar on the rocky flank of East Mountain. You won’t believe it until you see it up close.
