Lake, you will probably want to head north into Second Lake, but if you don’t have a full day available, you might want to explore just the southern part of the lake. A few houses stand near the outlet, but there are also some interesting islands to explore, and the shallow water here will discourage most motorboaters. Development is moderate on First Chain Lake. Prominent fish species: white perch, yellow perch, and chain pickerel.
