The final stretch of the Crow Wing is influenced by two long reservoirs formed by the Pillager and Sylvan Dams. This stretch will be of little interest to most canoeists, though it is possible to paddle the reservoirs, portage the dams, and continue downstream on the Mississippi. Do not paddle too close to the dams.
