Pelican to Elfin Cove can be a trip of its own or a connector trip on the route between Sitka and Hoonah. It is a very scenic paddle when traveled from south to north. As you emerge from Lisianski Inlet into Cross Sound, you will be overwhelmed by a view of majestic snowy peaks of the Fairweather Range. Trip Highlights: Scenic paddling and good bird watching. Whales are often in Lisianski Inlet and Cross Sound.
