Highlights: Climb on easy road; descend on moderate, long singletrack. The trail melts out early and is on the dry eastern side of the Methow Valley. Tread: 6.4 miles on singletrack; 8.9 miles on gravel road. Go south out of Twisp on Washington 20, turning left toward Loup Loup Pass at 2.5 miles from the center ofTwisp. At 5.5 miles turn left onto Beaver Creek Road. At 11.5 miles you will reach the junction of Volstead Creek and South Fork Beaver Creek Roads. Park there.

Great trail. A few sand traps but not too bad. I rode up the trail instead of the road.
