Bicycling is often touted as a relaxing, low-impact, relatively easy way to burn excess calories and maintain a healthy heart and lungs. Mountain biking, however, tends to pack a little more work (and excitement) into the routine. This mountain biking trail is located NE of downtown Spokane. It has moderate climbing (about 500 vertical feet) with a wide variety of technical difficulties, some of the best singletrack in the area. The trail has 2 miles pavement, 1 mile doubletrack, and 3.2 miles singletrack.
