Used to come here all the time with my dog when I lived in the Portland (Troutdale/Fairview) area a couple of years back. While it's not awesome for biking, a reasonable ride can certainly be had, and there are tons of side trails and paths to explore. It's also a great place to exercise the dog.

Great easy ride with kids and dogs. Often busy on sunny weekends. Great puddles to get muddy.
