The route offers more than 25 miles of delightful bicycling separated from motor-vehicle traffic. Along the way you'll see Seattle at its best and enjoy the beauty of the quiet countryside. It's a popular ride among the city's cyclists. Terrain: flat and easy trail, excellent for beginners. Due to heavy pedestrian and bicycle traffic, parts of this route are not suitable for fast riding.

I ride this trail all the time and enjoy it very much, even though it can be very busy on the weekends. It is a very popular trail. You do have to cross several streets from Gasworks to downtown Bothell, but once you've passed Bothell you're free of dealing with vehicle traffic all the way to Marymoor Park.

I loved this ride. I took it the day before I set out on a cruise to Alaska. I had never been to Seattle before and this ride gave me a great look at it. You see different parts of the city and then it takes you back into more sebtle areas. Good ride.
