First off, make sure you don't make the same mistake I did. Not being from around here and attempting to travel light, I didn't bring any spare tubes or parts. This place is full of cactus and loose shale rock, both will bite and when bitten it can make for a slow and or ending ride.
Over all... if you are down for some good single track... park at the second lot listed on here and then just head north along the gravel pit fence line. Single track from there out. You will run across the double track (gravel road eventually) but just cross over and back on single track. If you are up for a nice enjoyable ride with some hill climbs then read the trail guide and have a blast.
The locals are super friendly and are more than willing to help out. Thanks Jaime.
