The trail leaves west from Utah 276 at an unmarked turn 1.7 miles north of Ticaboo Gas Station. After 0.8 miles, you can see the distinctive conical Ant Knolls to the north, and a little farther on, the Shootaring Uranium Mill stands out below the bluff. Tony M Mine and uranium mining relics; Special Attractions: Driving through a very narrow canyon; Loose sandy track with many dry wash crossings. High-clearance 4WDs are preferred, but any high-clearance vehicle is acceptable. Expect a rough road surface; mud and sand are possible but will be easily passable. You may encounter rocks up to 6 inches in diameter, a loose road surface, and shelf roads, though these will be wide enough for passing or will have adequate pull-offs.
