This long, extremely scenic route crosses the Aquarius Plateau from north to south. The Aquarius Plateau is the highest timbered plateau in North America; it contains stands of spruces, pines, and aspens interspersed with large, natural grassy meadows. Special Attractions: Long and scenic road for easy touring; Fishing and camping opportunities at Posey Lake, Cyclone Lake, and others; Access to a network of 4WD trails. This trail is graded dirt but suitable for a normal passenger vehicle. It usually has gentle grades, is fairly wide, and has very shallow water crossings (if any).
